1. Return Eligibility Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition

  • The exhaust system must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled

  • Products that have been installed, welded, modified, or show signs of use (such as exhaust residue or heat marks) are not eligible for refund

Packaging Requirements

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories must be included, such as bolts, clamps, gaskets, and installation hardware

Customized Products

  • Custom-made exhaust systems or personalized coating finishes are non-returnable

  • Exceptions may apply only in the case of verified manufacturing defects

3. Warranty Policy

Two-Year Limited Warranty

All titanium and stainless steel exhaust systems sold by Vortex are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Weld or structural failures under normal use

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Normal discoloration due to high heat or track use

  • Accidental damage, impact, or misuse

4. Return Process & Fees

How to Apply for a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment

  • Due to the size and weight of exhaust systems, we strongly recommend using trackable shipping services and purchasing shipping insurance

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
